7 moves we should all know how to do
Carrying on from where we left off on natural movement last week, today we look at the 7 foundational human movement patterns we should all be/start to get familiar with.
These moves are at the core of the majority of our daily movements and if we can master these we are well on our way to moving better and more effectively (with less pain). When they are included in your training you are emphasising movement development rather than just exercising for results.
