Your Biokineticist will keep her mask on throughout the duration of your session

Your hands will be sanitised upon entering and leaving the practice

All equipment and exercise areas will be sanitised & cleaned after each client. We have set out time for this between clients, and ask for your patience

Clients are requested to arrive on-time for appointments. If you are early, we ask you to please wait in your car until your appointment, so we can avoid crowding the waiting area

Massage clients are requested to bring along their own towels (1x big & 1 x small)

Exercise clients are requested to bring along their own sweat towel
